On the afternoon of June 9th, according to the teaching arrangement of the Organization Department of the Rushan Municipal Committee, 40 students from the 2026 Rushan Township-level Cadre Training Program visited Huaxin Food (Shandong) Group Co., Ltd. for on-site teaching. The students visited the front line of the enterprise on the spot, intuitively understood the current development status of the marine aquatic products industry in our city, and deeply studied the advanced experience and pragmatic measures of the operation and development of local leading enterprises.

During the inspection, the trainees visited the exhibition hall of Huaxin Marine Ranch, gaining a detailed understanding of the enterprise's full-chain development model, spanning from seedling breeding, deep processing, intelligent production to cold chain logistics. They focused on familiarizing themselves with the enterprise's quality control, product traceability system, as well as the processing innovation achievements and various qualification certifications of fish, shellfish, and other specialty seafood products. They truly felt the new atmosphere and vitality of the standardized and intelligent development of the marine food industry in Rushan.

Unlike theoretical learning in the classroom, the content of this field teaching is vivid and practical, allowing the participating cadres to intuitively see the development advantages and industrial potential of local marine enterprises. It also broadened their thinking and accumulated experience for serving enterprises and promoting industrial development in the future. Everyone expressed that they gained a lot and were greatly inspired. In the next step, they will apply the learning outcomes to their daily work, serve enterprises well based on their positions, actively assist enterprises in solving difficulties, continue to deepen the cooperation between government and enterprises, and work together to promote the continuous improvement and high-quality development of Rushan's marine characteristic industries.
